The Journey of Possibilities

No tags 0

The positive-minded person says, “What should I do next? There are so many exciting options!”
The negative-minded person says, “What should I do next? I’ve got so many problems to deal with!”

The optimist turns the impossible into the possible; the pessimist turns the possible into the impossible.

Among the optimists the conversation would be about fantastic plans for the future and how things can only get better. Optimists are forward-looking.

The pessimists are far from working out how to make their dreams come true, they’re worrying about all the things that might go wrong. They’re worried that even the things they have will be taken away from them by some cruel twist of fate.

Optimism maximizes potential, as pessimism squashes it.

Father bought to his beloved one optimist and to the beloved one pessimist a gift. First he gave a gift to pessimist. It was the newest, most expensive, the best model of train.

Pessimist: “Alas, you bought me a train. But, dad the train is going in circles, and I want it to go in the shape of eight.”
Father: “We’ll, don’t worry, we will make train to go eight.”
Pessimist: “But, daaad, it will consume battery power…”
Father:” It is OK, there is a solution for everything. We will use an electric charger.”
Pessimist: “But, daaad, then it will use electric power…”
Father: “Well, then we will charge it with solar charger and solar power.”

Then he gave the present to the optimist. He opens the present.

Inside – the shit.
The optimist said: “Dad, I am so happy, thank you so much, I can not wait to play, ah, you got me a pony, he left, but he will return soon.”
